Meet the Eldest Geek
Fifty years at the keyboard — and still the most excited person in the room about a beautifully built website.
The story
CDB — better known online as The Eldest Geek — was born in Norman, Oklahoma in September 1953 and has spent a lifetime at the frontier of computing.
He earned master’s degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics — plus a Physics degree — at Trinity College Dublin, then spent decades owning and running computer stores, fixing every machine and every problem that came through the door. Any computer, any problem — it doesn’t matter.
Today that experience powers Wild Web Wizards: a studio where deep engineering meets award-winning design, and where your website is treated as both a machine to be engineered and a piece of craft to be admired.
